  Sigh. Why do all my bad reviews go to medical facilities? It's almost like the US healthcare system is improperly incentivized for healthcare providers to take care of patients.. Dunno. Anyway: Seven times. That's the number of calls that were placed here without response. Prior to this, they had called ONCE and it was missed. Their listed hours of operations are 8AM to 5PM. Their voicemail states the best time to call is before 2PM. Calls were made at 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30. Every single call was left without response. When I physically arrived at the office, the individual handling phones was clearly on a personal call ("okay, bye, talk to you later") and informed me that a callback number was not provided. Bullcrap. They had called once prior, a phone number had been provided in the voicemail at least once, and a name was most definitely provided in the voicemail that could be associated to their previous call. The physical arrival eventually led to a successful appointment creation..but.. that leads us to today. Several more calls were placed to ask one question during business hours today. No response. No nothing. So I drive over there and handle it in-person. Luckily, I live nearby, but the rationale of having to drive there just to get a response... Horrible.
