- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is really awful. I was a regular customer who spent lots of money for over 2 years since I moved to Garner. Be sure not to go in on Saturday, because the sale prices marked on the shelves won't start until the next day. Customer service is very poor, and I think most of it is because of the manager, A******. Prices often do not ring up correctly, and if they do not, the answer to the customer is always the higher price. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere the customer comes first. Also, I wrote in to Rite Aid Corporate about this store twice, and they didn't even bother to reply. Walgreens, CVS...any other drug store is better.March 05, 2017by Tony Coley
