- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I brought my cat here for the first time for a urinary infection. They sent us home with an antibiotic and pain medication, despite the fact that my cat did not demonstrate being in severe pain. In fact, he was eating, going to the bathroom, and was playful at home. Later I found out that the pain medication is 30 % stronger than morphine and has serious side effects, including slowed breathing, breathing depression, and can be fatal. We were never told of the potential side effects of this medication. Within 3 hours of administering this medication for the first time at home, my cat died...he gasped for breath, seized, and died within minutes as he lay in my husband's lap. We will never return here with any pet, and I cannot recommend this business to anyone else.June 03, 2017by Carroll Krause
