- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff were great including Dr. Cook, the opticians, and the assistant. I do not like the new way the office has been structured which has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the staff. The reception area is great for opticians but not for patients. The waiting area looks like a circle around the campfire. The chairs are not comfortable like the former area was. I have given my feedback verbally to the staff.
